Balmoral Property Group was founded in the North West, and has had a keen focus and influence in the area over the past 20 years. Having built 40+ freestanding homes in Castle Hill, Bella Vista, Cherrybrook, Glenwood, and Kellyville  in the early 2000s taking advantage of the property boom and a surge in migration into the Hills District.

The group later expanded into land development into the area, buying acerages and subdividing into lots.

Fast forward to 2015, with the Norwest Business Park flourishing and the North West Rail Link well under construction, we secured prime high density sites in the Area and are currently working on developing approximately 300 apartments by 2020.
